We encourage our team to grow professionally offering incentives and flexible hours to pursue their education and certifications. Our team members continually grow during their careers at NCRCC, some have received their Master Sommelier, PHR certification, ServSafe certification, and PGA Golf Professional status. Through the CMAA, Club Management Association of America, our management team is stays abreast of the changes in the club industry. In addition, we have a dedicated Safety Team, who is currently certified in CPR, fire safety, and lock out tag out.
