NCR Country Club is the ideal location for your next social or corporate event. 

With accommodations for 10 to 350 guests, our NEWLY RENOVATED banquet rooms offer the perfect setting to entertain family, friends or co-workers. Our dedicated staff of catering professionals will work closely with you to make planning your event stress-free. NCR Country Club's services include complete menu planning, event coordination and event design. We offer a variety of rooms with exquisite panoramic golf course views, a menu that ensures quality, consistency, and freshness at the forefront, and a highly trained staff that is dedicated to fulfilling your every need. We provide the expertise and the resources to make your event pleasurable, memorable and simply unforgettable.

EVENT Facilities 

The Ballroom
Our spacious Ballroom is perfect for a variety of celebrations including wedding receptions, reunions, business meetings or fundraisers.  Our newly renovated Ballroom features panoramic views of both golf courses, covered patios and state of the art audio visual capabilities.  The ivory stone fireplace makes the perfect backdrop for your presentation or your next family photo.  The Ballroom is 4,450 square feet and accommodates up to 350 guests. Wireless projector and multiple screens available. 

Porch Parties
The Dogwood and Redbud Porches feature a permanent cover overhead while surrounded by breathtaking views of NCR Country Club's championship courses. The Porches can seat as few as 20 guests and as many as 50 comfortably. Jest a few steps away you and your guests will have access to all of the amenities of the Banquet Center.

The Chairman's Room
A cozy, yet elegant room decorated in ivory and blue tones. The Chairman’s Room is an intimate setting accented with a gas fireplace perfect for day or evening functions. State-of-the-Art Audio Visual technology available. The Chairman’s Room is 739 square feet and accommodates up to 50 guests. 

The Embers Room
Our newest event space, the Embers Room, is the perfect setting for your next social gathering, bridal shower, birthday celebration or office party. The Embers Room includes scenic golf course views, a gas fireplace and wireless Audio Visual technology. The Embers Room is 1,100 square feet and accommodates up to 80 guests.
